ESC: A REJUVENTATING EXPERIENCE

Esc is a fully immersive experience, where visitors can feel physically and mentally away from the city and its urban stressors. This experience allows for relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-reflection, ultimately perpetuating a momentary break from one’s hectic lifestyle.

Multi-sensory Biophilic Design – the utilization of natural elements for environmental experiences – can have restorative solutions to the constant stressors found in urban environments. "Extent" in Biophilic Design is the ability for visitors to freely explore their environment with a sense of mystery. As a tool for constructing narratives, Extent can be utilized to create restorative impacts and affects on visitors.
